Pink Blossom Smoothie Bowl

Hello and welcome to the Creative-Capsule ...!!!

If you haven't  heard of a smoothie bowl yet, then you should definitely try this recipe. Smoothie bowl is nothing but a plain old smoothie  that is stylishly served in a bowl instead of a cup.  These are so simple to make that they will become your favorite summer breakfast.

The best part of this recipe is, it uses frozen fruit, so you don't have to worry about fresh produce at hand. You can get the store brought frozen fruits or chop and freeze your own in zip lock bags. You can also freeze small portions of mixed fruits in individual  bags for a easy meal prep. So lets go ahead and make this delicious pink brekky!!

What you will need:

  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1 banana, sliced and frozen
  • 1- 2  tablespoon Greek yogurt ( or coconut milk for vegan option )
  • Toppings- chopped nuts and fresh fruits.

Method:

  • Combine all ingredients in a blender.
  • Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.

  • Transfer smoothie into a bowl and add your favorite toppings.

This is a very simple smoothie recipe but make sure to use frozen fruit for thick and spooning consistency. Never use ice when making smoothie bowls. I adore this recipe. It’s refreshing, energizing, and a delicious start to the day. Alternatively, it also makes a great afternoon pick-me-up.

The pink blossom smoothie bowl has a yummy sweet and tart taste. It is packed with fiber and antioxidants and can easily be made into vegan. Begin your day with this vibrant and healthy smoothie! and don't forget to share this post with your friends.
