Aussie Green Fruit Smoothie

Sometimes a great recipe doesn’t need to be complicated. If you are a fan of avocado but never tried the Avocado smoothie before then you are sure to hit a jackpot with this recipe.
This sweet and creamy avocado smoothie is perfect for a quick breakfast or an afternoon snack. Although the recipe does not contain vanilla, it’s so creamy and tastes like vanilla ice cream. No, even better than ice cream!


Recipe:

Ingredients:

  • 1 Avocado,  cubed
  • 1 cup Milk, (regular/skim/plantbased)
  • 1 Tsp Sugar
  • A pinch of Salt


Method:

  • Cut the Avocado into cubes. Try to use a very ripe avocado for a delicious creamy result.
  • Add all the ingredients to a blender jar and blen untill smooth. Do not overblend.
  • Serve immediately. You can top it up with chia seeds or nuts.
  • Here  I am serving my smoothie with whipped cream and sprinkles on top beacause, why not!
